Refund Policy

To guarantee your satisfaction, we offer an easy 30 day return and refund policy, for products that for some reason does not met our customer's expectations. You can create a return request right from your customer account, or contact us for help with an easy return experience.

If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your payment will be 100% refunded via the method you used to make the payment for your order. Please allow up to 3 days for processing of the refund amount.

If a product does not meet your satisfaction and you would like to return a product, then please follow the instructions below.

When returning a item or product for a refund or exchange, it must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must also return the item within 30 days of your original purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for processing of the returned product.

Returns Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are intentionally damaged or altered by the purchaser. These include improperly installed products or accessories. Merchandise that has been worn, excessivley used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Product Exchanges

If your product or item is in like new condition, in the original packaging you may exchange your product or item for a different type or color. You will be subject to a 10% restocking fee in this case, and will have to pay the return shipping fee.

Damaged Product Claim

In the unfortunate event that your ordered product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can make arrangements to provide you a replacement product to you, at no additional charge to you.
